This Privacy Policy explains how Ox Studio ("we", "our", or "0xxx.ai") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit https://0xxx.ai or connect your account to the Ox Studio Model Context Protocol (MCP) server and Google Connected App.

1. Information We Collect

OAuth 2.1 Account Identifiers: When you link Ox Studio via Google Connected Apps or an MCP client, we process your basic account identifier and OAuth authorization tokens solely to authenticate your requests to your designated Ox Studio workstation.
MCP Tool Invocations & Telemetry: When you invoke `@Ox` tools (`ox_search`, `ox_read`, `ox_stat`, `ox_dossier_query`, `ox_memory_search`, `ox_telemetry_roi`, `ox_dispatch_ticket`), the JSON-RPC 2.0 request and response payloads are routed directly between your authorized client and your Ox Studio instance.

2. How We Use Information & Zero AI Training Guarantee

We use authenticated tokens and JSON-RPC payloads strictly to execute user-initiated commands and return workspace telemetry.
No Sale of Personal Data: We never sell, rent, or trade user data to third parties.
No AI/ML Model Training: User data, source code, prompts, and Google user data transmitted through Ox Studio are never used to train, fine-tune, or improve generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

Google API Services User Data Policy (Limited Use Disclosure):
Ox Studio’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

3. Data Retention & Deletion

Local execution audit logs reside on your self-hosted workstation inside .ox/scratch/ and .ox/ledger.jsonl under your direct control. Ephemeral OAuth session grants can be revoked at any time via our revocation endpoint (/api/mcp/oauth/revoke), your Google Connected Apps settings, or by emailing support@0xxx.ai.
